  • Google Ads (Search): Targeted high-intent keywords like "[competitor] alternative" and "[product category] software" to capture users actively searching for a solution.
  • Meta Ads (Social): Used Lookalike Audiences based on their existing customer list to find new prospects. Ad creative focused on a downloadable whitepaper to capture top-of-funnel interest.

A major bottleneck was lead leakage. To solve this, I integrated all ad platform lead forms directly with their CRM. Here's how:

Using Zoho CRM's web-to-lead functionality, I mapped the fields from Google Ads and Meta lead forms to corresponding fields in the CRM. This ensured every new lead was instantly and automatically created as a new record, assigned to a sales rep, and tagged with the correct campaign source for accurate tracking.
